Does Solaris or FreeBSD have something as recent Linux experimental patches, adaptibe readahead http://lwn.net/Articles/152279/ or patch that prevent huge swap trasher task to stop other from disk i/o ? And I do not understend why XFS and Reiser4, fastest and most cutting edge FS did not noticed in comparison?

Well, Reiser4 is still not part of the official Linux kernel. Plus, it's designed to work with multiple OSs, not just Linux.
