De kogel is door de kerk: as we already talked about earlier, Opera is going to switch to the WebKit engine, leaving its own Presto rendering engine behind. We didn't yet know if they would the switch only on mobile or on the desktop as well, and they cleared that up too: both mobile and desktop Opera Browsers will switch to the WebKit rendering engine.

"The mail crash"? You are making this silly assumption about one single mail crash, and that's just weird. No one else seems to be having this problem, and I've used the mail client heavily on multiple computers.
Where did Opera hype WebGL, and how is that relevant to anything?
JavaScript is no buggier than other browsers, dear child.

Interesting that you do not even provide sources, just claim everything is ok from your own experience.
The "crash" have been experienced by various users just read the links I have provided instead to skip them, WebGL was hyped here and there :

And Javascript is buggy and hangs Opera if one tab is faulty since there is no sandboxing.
I bet you're a linux user, since when it works for you, it should works for everyone ?

Official Apple statement on PRISM and privacy: "Regardless of the circumstances, our Legal team conducts an evaluation of each request and, only if appropriate, we retrieve and deliver the narrowest possible set of information to the authorities. In fact, from time to time when we see inconsistencies or inaccuracies in a request, we will refuse to fulfill it." This is basically Apple re-publishing their earlier statement in a more official manner. You either believe it, or you don't.

The open source Contiki operating system and its commercial Thingsquare distribution are making strides towards the connected home. According to a Computerworld article, a new LED light bulb manufacturer is putting small computers into their light bulbs. Each computer runs the Contiki OS, which gives each bulb an IP address and allows them to be controlled with a smartphone application. To connect the bulbs to the application, the bulbs use both Wi-Fi and the much lower power IEEE 802.15.4 mesh technology.

Fully and utterly agreed. My Nexus 7 was blazing-fast and awesome for a few months, and at some point, it just started sucking. Just like that. I've tried loads of ROMs, and nothing helps.

Not that I had any choice because when you sell a company you don't get to decide that. Obviously, the board and shareholders decide that. Not just that random, like the mail crash, because they are experienced by various users for say... 8 years now ?
WebGL was hyper hyped by Opera as being the first browser to implement it, but it appears it doesn't work that well beside their internal demo ?
Javascript is buggy, you can forgive Opera but go thermonuclear on this if ever IE fails that bad ?
Come on, stop being an Opera fanboy, they tried to add features, that great, but the Opera browser became more and more tricky and buggy. Since 12 it even crash more and more.
Vote me down at please, it will not correct Opera's flaws anyway.
