GTK-Sharp, the C# bindings for GTK+ is now on version 0.5, same version as QT-Sharp is. Both work with Mono, the free .NET implementation. On other dev news, Qt 3.0.6 is released, changes here.
In a brief look at the mono site, they appear to have made a lot of progress in terms of re-developing the standard classes that you *really* need to make use of the CLR. That’s not to say that it appears to be mostly done, but it appears like it may be almost usable for cross-platform development with Windows .NET implementation. Anyone listening have any real-world use comments on this?
The question I have, with Windows .NET and developers, are they going to be tempted by any of the proprietary temptations Microsoft may put in to the development forum? if so, then you can kiss cross platform capabilities good bye.

THanks,
