He has been a software engineer, systems administrator, product manager, marketing manager and professional educator. Jon has been the Executive Director of Linux International since 1995, the first four years as a volunteer. he sounds like he really loves linux, all aspects of it, the freedom it provides, he’s totally fascinated by this great phenomenon.

I think they would prefer a good bug report to a bit of mindless praise
BYW. I have thanked developers for their work, but I feel guilty about all the bug reports I have been to lazy to submit which might help them improve the software.
