It's been a while since eCS 2.0 has been released but there is still not a demo CD of 2.0.

very good times. I love that eComStation is still going. Though to be honest I have no idea how they are managing to stay in the positive cash flow, or how Serenity systems stays economically viable.

Here is the answer:

1) eComStation = Open Source software from Linux + easy to configure + standard simple user interface. So it beats Windows and Linux.

2) eComStation community of users is strong as Macintosh community or BeOS community. The users continue invest money into the developers of shareware applications and porters of software from Linux. Interesting interviews:

eComStation is used in many solutions:
This companies are upgrading IBM OS/2 Warp UP to eComStation 2.0.
