IconFreeBSD Release Engg. Team's Murray Stokely announces the availability of first release candidate for FreeBSD 4.9 (RC1). To-do for 4.9 is here. Also, Robert Watson posted another FreeBSD 5.2 "Open Issues" list, still containing 18 "must resolve issues" before 5.2 will be released.
